Making breakfast easy with scrambled eggs for your morning.by Aakanksha Bajpai
If you, like me, struggle with mornings until the first sip of coffee or tea hits you, then I am also guessing that making breakfast is as much a task for you as for me. I find on days when I am officially late for work but still have to get going with breakfast to start off with my day, scrambled eggs are a great fit. It is fulfilling, suits my taste buds and goes great with coffee.
So, why wait any longer, here is the simplest recipe to start you with your day:
Eggs, butter, cheese, black pepper, salt and bread for side.
Get yourself a medium sized bowl, to frisk the eggs in. Carefully break two eggs in the bowl and lightly beat them. Add two tablespoons of salt and a bit of black pepper in your bowl. Now melt one tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan on low heat and spread it evenly. Add the eggs and let it cook for a minute. Scrape them off with a spatula and mix it well till most of the liquid of the eggs is gone and it all becomes soft.
Once they have reached your desired texture, take them off and serve them on your plate. Add a bit of butter from the top and eat it with your slice of bread and coffee on the side. Your breakfast is done and you are ready for your wonderful day.
