Spaghetti with Garlic and Olive Oil

Have you always been a fan of spaghetti and have literally tried all the versions in the restaurants but never made any at home? Spaghetti definitely might look like a dish that could be hard to make and will need a talented chef to make it right. 

But the truth of the matter is it is as easy to make as any other pasta and can taste great even while cooked by an amateur. If you are wondering how, then we have the perfect recipe for you here:

Ingredients

Spaghetti, Virgin olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, salt, Parmesan cheese, Parsley.

How to

The very first thing required is that you boil the spaghetti in an ample amount of water in a skillet, till it becomes soft enough. In the meantime you can fry garlic and chili flakes in olive oil in another pan and add a pinch of salt to the mix. Once your spaghetti is ready, drain the excess water, although make sure to keep half a cup of the cooking water. 

Now add spaghetti back to your skillet, with parsley and salt. Add the reserved water to keep the spaghetti moist and then stir. All that you need to do now is serve it with Parmesan cheese. You can also sprinkle a bit of chili flakes if you like.
